Through that work, ESC Home-Services Inc developed proven systems for detailed cleaning, household oversight, vendor coordination, inventory management, seasonal preparation, and full-service property readiness. Every service was built around precision, consistency, and trust because when you are entrusted with a private home, there is no margin for error. ESC Home-Services Academy was created to take those real-world systems and turn them into a structured path for others. The Academy serves as the official training and business development platform, designed to teach entrepreneurs how to build, operate, and scale home-service businesses using the same standards and operational frameworks developed inside ESC Home-Services Inc. While ESC Home-Services Inc remains the foundation of delivering hands on experience and industry credibility, the Academy is how that knowledge is passed on. Through courses, resources, and coaching, we provide practical, field-tested guidance across operations, service delivery, client management, and business growth. In March of 2015 , Ever-So-Clean Custodial Company founder, Mikel Candusso opened a small home office in Hayes Virginia, launching his residential and commercial cleaning business with a mission to deliver excellent services tailored to client's cleaning needs.
In 2022, Ever-So-Clean Custodial Company changed it's name to ESC Home-Services and extended operations to cover the greater Hampton Roads area, serving more high-end properties.
In 2024, ESC Home-Services Inc introduced high-end white glove cleaning services: silverware polishing, closet reset, entertaining prep packages.

On March 6th 2026, ESC Home-Services ceased cleaning operations and launched the ESC Home-Services Academy! The academy helps future cleaning business owners and entrepreneurs start, grow, and scale successful home service companies.
